Transformations, Inc. is a residential development and building company located in Townsend, Massachusetts. Incorporated in 1986, Transformations has served over a thousand customers since its start in the contracting field. The company's president is R. Carter Scott. The company's specialties are developing sustainable Zero-Energy Communities, building Zero-Energy Custom Homes, and installing Solar Electric Systems for existing homes.

Transformations won the $15,000 prize in the Zero Energy Challenge program sponsored by the investor owned utilities in Massachusetts. The home was featured on the Discovery Channel and in the Solar Today magazine. Transformation is presently working on several new developments along with many custom homes.
